Paul brings over two decades of sales and marketing expertise to the Corr-Tomson Real Estate Team, combining strong business insight with a genuine passion for helping families find their perfect home. Known for his strategic mindset and relationship-driven approach, Paul has built a career focused on leadership, growth, and results — including over $1 billion in successful transactions.

Before entering real estate, Paul was a Vice President of Sales in the consumer goods industry, where he turned strategy into measurable success. His experience in sales leadership, partnerships, and revenue management now guides his real estate work — connecting people, opportunities, and data to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Paul’s background gives him a unique edge in real estate — he understands markets, negotiations, and value from every angle. With his strong analytical mindset and collaborative spirit, Paul helps clients navigate one of life’s biggest financial and emotional decisions with confidence and clarity.

He’s especially excited to work alongside his wife and business partner, Liz Doran, as they bring their shared love for Main Line living to every client relationship. Together, they’re dedicated to strengthening one of the most vibrant and family-friendly communities in the country through real estate.

Background and Community Involvement

Paul holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business from the University of Richmond, as well as a Spanish Language Minor from the University of Valencia. He also earned an AMA Professional Certified Marketer designation from the Digital Marketing Institute and completed executive education at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Deeply rooted in Berwyn, where he and his family have lived for more than a decade, Paul stays active in the community through the Upper Main Line YMCA (UMLY) and the Tredyffrin Easttown Youth Soccer Association (TEYSA).

Paul and Liz live in Berwyn with their two daughters. Together, they’ve spent years studying the Main Line market — analyzing trends, comparing neighborhoods, and understanding what makes each community unique. That insight, paired with their genuine love of where they live, is what drives their commitment to helping others find their own perfect fit.
